One quite good strengthening exercise for supraspinatus is to lie on your good side, straight arm behind your back thumb pointing to floor and raise hand about a foot and repeat for 10 or until fatigue. If painful might be better left though in case of muscle tear.
Ahhh. join the crippled club. I have an ultrasound machine if you want give it a try. Also got a tens machine which helped with infllammation I had around rotator cuff. Just me f....ing spine to sort out now.
